EDWARDIAN HOUSE IN ESSEX

Leigh on Sea. Essex
Private client

DOME Design was appointed by a demanding client who sought effective lighting throughout the rooms while creating an ambiance for cosy evenings.
A refined combination of architectural and decorative lamp types successfully pleased the client. The diffuse light, normally positioned in the centre of the rooms to maximize light emission throughout the space provided soft and effective illumination with minimal shadows. On the other hand, the direct light, strategically positioned to highlight key features in different rooms, accentuated specific areas, giving a more dramatic effect contributing to create a warm ambiance.

The consideration of the switches and sockets in the house has also been an integral part of the lighting design to ease and navigate through the rooms effectively.
